And the story continues...

Just found some pictures that I thought had been lost!!  Debbie, Kami and I with our prize-winning Riley Blake Design Challenge quilt at the 2010 Home Machine Quilting Show.

See previous blog entry HERE.

"Every Quilt Tells A Story" - makers:  Deonn   Debbie   Kami

22 of these design challenge quilts were sold at auction to benefit PJ's Forgotten Children, www.pjsforgottenchildren.com, an organization supporting children of families with mental illness.

Here we are with some of the ladies from PJ's.  $4,800 was raised from the sale of the quilts.
Now I am busy working on another of these quilts for the ladies of Riley Blake Designs.   They loved the quilt, but lost the bid to a school teacher, so they're having me make one just for them from the same line.

Here's a picture with Jina and Cindy, standing in their office with one of the other design challenge quilts they bought at the auction.  What fun, generous gals!
